What people usually ask.
Do I pay every month?
No. You pay once to have your website built. Hosting is free, in your own Cloudflare account. The only yearly cost is your domain name, which you buy and renew yourself from the company you bought it from.
Who owns my website?
You do. It lives in your own account and you receive the whole website as a zip file, so you can give it to any developer later if you want someone else to continue.
How long does it take?
Your first preview is ready in 1 to 2 working days for a Starter website and 3 to 5 working days for a Standard website. The time starts when your deposit and all your details are in. A Custom timeline is agreed with you in writing first.
Do you need my passwords?
No. I never ask for passwords or keys. You invite me to your free Cloudflare account, and you can remove me at any time.
I do not have a domain yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A domain costs a few dollars a year from a domain company. Message me on WhatsApp and I will guide you.
What if I want changes later?
Send me the request. Changes after launch cost ₦5,000 per request, however many edits are in it. In the first month after launch, any error in your website is fixed for free.
Will people find me on Google?
Every website is set up properly for Google, with page titles, descriptions and a sitemap, and you get a private step by step guide to get it showing on Google. No one can honestly promise a top spot, but your website will be set up the right way.
How do I pay?
After you say yes I send you an invoice. You pay a deposit to start and the balance when you approve your preview. Clients in Nigeria pay in naira by bank transfer, and clients in other countries pay in dollars.
Does my website carry your name?
The footer of your website says "Built by buildwithjuliet" and links to my website, and I may show your finished website in my portfolio. This is part of every website I build, and I tell you before you pay.
What if I do not have a logo?
No problem. I can make you a simple logo, using your business name in nice lettering and your colours. If you want a fully drawn custom logo, you can get one made by a designer and I will put it on your website.
