1) Who I Am
buildwithjuliet is a one-person practice. I build websites for businesses.

2) What I Collect
To build your website and look after our work together, I keep:
- your name, email address and phone number,
- your business details, and the words, photos, logo and links you send me for your website,
- your invoices and payment records, including the name the payment came from,
- the messages we exchange about your project.
3) What I Do With It
I use your information only to build your website, send you invoices, contact you about your project, and follow up with you. Nothing outside that.
4) What I Don't Do
- I do not sell your personal information.
- I do not use your information to run ads.
- I do not ask for your passwords or keys. You invite me to your accounts, and you can remove me any time.
5) Where It Is Kept
Your details are kept in my own private business system, hosted on Cloudflare, and only I can access it. Your finished website lives in your own Cloudflare account.
6) Who Else Touches Your Information
Cloudflare hosts my business system and your website. Your messages and files reach me through email and WhatsApp, and payments go through your bank or a payment provider, each with its own privacy policy that you can read on their websites. I only use services that are necessary to deliver your website, and I don't sell or hand off your information to anyone else.
If your website has a contact form, the messages people send through it go to the email address we set up for you. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
7) How Long I Keep It
I keep your information for as long as we are working together, and after that only what I need for my records, like invoices. Everything else I delete once it is no longer needed.
8) Your Choices
You can ask me what I have kept about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, by emailing kosy@buildwithjuliet.com. I will delete it, except for the records I am required to keep, like invoices.
9) Your Website in My Portfolio
I may show your finished website in my portfolio and on my Instagram. That means your business name and how your website looks can be seen publicly, but not your private details.
10) Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
