A cake shop in Awka that was losing hours to back and forth.
Cynthia makes beautiful, designer cakes. Every morning she posted a few ready cakes on her WhatsApp status, the ones her regular customers already knew to ask for.
She could make so much more, but there was no easy way to show it. And every message started a long chat: which cake, which size, which flavour. The more they chatted, the longer each order took to finish.
The catalogue was not the problem. The chatting was.
Customers needed to see everything she makes, decide on their own, and then send her one clear message she could act on straight away. So I built her a small shop, not just a showcase.

They look through every cake, choose the size and flavour, and press order. No waiting for a reply.

Cake, size, layers, price and a reference number, like AC81, all written in one message.
She prepares it
She looks up the reference and gets to work. There is nothing left to ask.
Then she started posting the website instead of one cake at a time.
People ordered straight from it, with no long chat first.
One cake that was ordered late in the day was finished in about two hours. With the usual back and forth, that would have taken much longer.
A website isn't only there to look good. It should give a business more room in its day. If you can look after 10 customers a day, it should help you look after 20.

I started building websites because I was tired of seeing the same thing. Most websites are just words that tell people a business exists. They don't talk back and they don't work. They don't act like they want to be used.
I come from automation, so I look at everything as a problem to solve. I wanted websites that do the same. I also saw how many small businesses and individuals struggle to look professional, because websites and their upkeep cost too much.
I work with small and growing businesses, and individuals, who want to look professional without spending a fortune, and who want to edit their own website from their phone.
My vision and mission.
A day where 80% of what a business does is results, and only 20% is the things it shouldn't be spending time on. Focus on growth and wins.
