Delivery and returns
This is a sample page, written to show what a shop's help page can look like. The shop is not real, so none of this applies.
Delivery
Orders are packed within two working days and sent in padded, recyclable packaging. Delivery is free on orders over $50 and $6 below that.
Returns
If something is not right, tell us within 14 days of receiving it. Unopened items can be returned for a refund. If an item arrives damaged, we replace it.
Looking after your candle
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn. Let the wax melt right to the edge the first time. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
